This usually includes plans, elevations, references, and a brief project description. If needed, additional drawings and material references can also be provided. A more detailed brief helps to achieve the desired result faster and more accurately. 

Timing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. For a standard space (e.g. a bedroom), first draft renders are usually ready within 3–4 days.

Two revision rounds are included in the standard process. Additional changes can be discussed individually depending on the project.
